Quadriderm Rf Reviews

safari Report: Sept. 27 from Mungbere

Dear,
here's a little guide of the first two in the Safari Mungbere parish after 12 years of absence.
I went for two weeks on the road "worst" of the parish: the main problem is the logistics of bamboo tunnels and bridges on both sides. As for the former, in particular the Pygmies have cleared magnificently better for a leader of the local community! The first 15 km have potholes and mud, the legacy left by the truck plantation Round: an affair 35 years ago (The plantation no longer exists), never repaired, because these people are left to itself, exists only for the taxes and the exploitation by the authorities. Moreover, the people were swayed to see a car pass on their way (after 12 years!). For bridges instead I had to suffer: the way they had repaired something (spend only a few bikes and motorcycles), work done by pygmies. I just arrived, here is that the logs give or open. Bridge on the last three days we worked to replace the well logs and can pass: the car was dangerously cocked to topple into the water. We had to build a wall under the wheels to be able to emerge unscathed, thanks to God the way back to the 35 km I used only (!) 4 hours, with time taken to emerge from a bridge where he had broken a leg going to slip under a tree and knocked the wind on the road the night before. Rally races held in the EU and comparisons are not on our territory!

The meeting with the people and the Pygmies: only beautiful in their simplicity and poverty. Welcome to move. I have rarely eaten "mbinzu" (= larvae) to Maboma , but as I have enjoyed a Dimbar ever experienced. Here we put on a class NOW 1 for children. A Enzi we found a big problem: a mother is under care of a pygmy "ngangankisi" (Traditional doctor) and almost dying. We agree to bring it to our hospital Anoalite of Mungbere , but the witches asks to be paid and to make his last sull'ammalata ablutions. "See, father,"-filili-(whistles magic of the evil eye), I pulled out of his body? I am a real doctor, "and shows me a document signed by the authorities. If the analysis done at the hospital, the mother was found with a 'toxic anemia "due to tricks that given by witches - and even after two transfusions is difficult to recover. I am told that later there is another serious pygmy and a Baby to which the mother is dead (wife of pygmy sick)! Here you add up the trouble, there is never a problem without "attached"! The journey of the first week is a return to "ambulance" first aid. The baby (it's a girl of 2 weeks) in the incubator now goes well, and even better father: we shall see how to find a new "mother" that the breed / educational!

What can we say about the school? about 35 km there is a school and there is only a dispensary without medicine. The state is asking parents for school fees, but gives no help, because "not recognized" (those who accept a wage and insecure with hunger to get on that road?). Everything weighs on parents, who here actually, lack of liquidity because there is no trade. How to sell bananas, to be transported back to 20-30 km? The money to pay not only for the teacher who teaches (without being paid by the state) to children, but "it was" nothing remains of the school. This is why nobody goes to work to rebuild / repair classrooms ... and the children remain on the road - a month without lessons. A people marginalized, exploited and "hopeless." The State will discharge their commitments and leaves people in misery without pity. I seem to be in the 'Italy of Today "with the school: these people (the state) learn" good "we" evolved ", because they all serve a class of" ignorant and serfs! "Our commitment is difficult and risky. Difficult, because people are discouraged and powerless to remedy: our "Gospel to the poor" can not become armed revolution, it would be a massacre for the very poor (we have experienced for twelve years). Risky because you shadow the "power" and lacking in local leaders, "willing" to organize the population. The vast local resources remain in the hands of a few and go abroad. Nothing is "Made in DR Congo" for the good of the country. The solution is not merely local: a world that is strangling the poor, the emerging nations in Africa have "rulers" for Heads and "promoters" of well-being, they are also "handled" at the international level by other "powers". For how long? In the EU as here in Africa will require a change of mentality is not governed by economic interests, as we are only creatures (?) To feed ... and well insured, but people capable of a free gift to "a world of all", to happiness "common." Tell me 'who will give us the "principles" guide to this goal, be committed to creating "here" as an advance and a sign of "real" happiness in God
Forgive the sermon. But is this the only reason to stay among the poor: to give them hope that "together" we can, even if in our "little", and give happiness to those who suffer and our reasons for its share. In the next episode.
are still being aware of what has been done. We'll see after Christmas, which we committed to plan for ongoing development and proclamation of the Gospel among the pygmies of Mungbere. Stay well briefed of developments in the project College-CAMPUS Bakanja . Meanwhile
thank you all. The Lord protect us.
To you, your
p. Franko
