The need for new faces! Why

As yet another storm stirs the horizon of national policy, I do a quick thought on what I feel personally as a necessity: that is, policy needs of young people! I speak of politics practiced in institutions of all levels, from small towns to the halls of parliament, but I want to refer also to the political experience within the party and the movement of belonging.

The starting point for this consideration is by reading the 2010 report "The young Italian directors " prepared by the Research Foundation Cittalia Anci. Briefly, the national percentage of young directors (where the means for young people aged between 18 and 35 years) is 18.8% of municipal administrators (note that this band of young age is equal Instead 27% of the adult population Italian). Of this 18.8%, as many as 70% are committed by young directors in small towns, or those with less than five thousand inhabitants, where clearly the opportunities for young people to engage socially, civilly and politically are more (want to be evil I also think that there is more space for young people where there are lower interest and where it is more grind and ride .. but just one consideration is malignant). Bringing the numbers on the map region, the largest share of young directors is concentrated in the north-west of the peninsula, mostly in Lombardy and Piedmont.

not want to leave a vision of romantic and sentimental, but give space to young people means giving space to those who are more likely to primarily a new way of doing and take on board and introduce new products. We are too often faced with a policy inflexible, incapable, new rules and especially unable to give new choices in the course. Unfortunately, and this "unfortunately" wants to be tagged and stressed, even by non-political environments, but close to politics, come the usual names, the name of some people experience but, frankly, could be of service to a new generation of administrators. So the hope is that the next city council and come sit in the future too young! In all political parties and movements there is a dire need.
